Varinder (“Vinny”) Bhathal is Managing Partner, Chief Controller and Treasurer, Sprott Inc. and is the Chief Financial Officer for the company’s legal entities and funds. Ms. Bhathal oversees Sprott’s corporate finance, compensation, investment operations, treasury, financial, planning and analysis teams. In 2025, Ms. Bhathal was named a CPA Ontario Fellow (FCPA) and currently chairs the Dean’s Advisory Council at the Ted Rogers School of Management, Toronto Metropolitan University. Ms. Bhathal holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Toronto Metropolitan University.
