Sergio Lujan is Director, Senior Investment Consultant, Sprott Asset Management. Prior to joining Sprott in 2016, Mr. Lujan spent 5 years at Mackenzie Investments, one of Canada’s largest investment management firms, where he held various roles. He received the Chartered Investment Manager (CIM®) designation from the Canadian Securities Institute in May 2016 and graduated from Brock University with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in 2010. Following graduation, Sergio worked for the Ministry of Education in Madrid, Spain, for one year before returning to Toronto to begin his career in finance at Mackenzie Investments. Mr. Lujan is bilingual in English and Spanish, and holds Series 7 and Series 66 licenses, administered by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
