Sarah-Jane Martin serves as Managing Partner, Chief Talent Officer & Associate General Counsel of Sprott Inc.  In this role, Sarah-Jane is responsible for key processes related to people management, including professional development, organizational culture, corporate sustainability and recruitment.

Prior to joining Sprott in 2011, Ms. Martin was an associate at McCarthy Tétrault LLP, a leading Canadian law firm. She holds a Bachelor of Laws degree and Bachelor of Arts Degree (Honours) from Queen’s University. Ms. Martin is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada and was called to the Ontario bar in 2007.
