Robert Villaflor is Managing Partner, Sprott Inc., and Chief Executive Officer at Sprott Wealth Management. His financial services career began in 1992, and he has a broad background, having held multiple positions. Mr. Villaflor has professional experience on the trading desk as both a broker and a manager, in compliance and as a branch manager. Before joining Sprott, he was with Regal Securities, where he served as President of both the broker-dealer and its affiliated registered investment adviser (RIA); he was previously Regal's Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President of Business Development. 

In his roles as Managing Partner, Sprott Inc. and CEO of Sprott Wealth Management, Mr. Villaflor helps drive strategy and execution in collaboration with the senior management team. He is dedicated to being a strategic business partner who drives growth and meets the investment needs of our clients. He  received his B.S. in Finance from Marquette University and an M.B.A. in Finance from DePaul University.
