Mishka vom Dorp joined Sprott in 2010 after earning his MBA in Finance. With over 15 years of experience, Mishka brings a deep understanding of natural resource markets, spanning early-stage exploration companies to multi-asset major producers. He has guided clients through multiple commodity cycles, helping them navigate the complexities of resource investing.

Mishka manages accounts for high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors. He serves on Sprott Wealth Investment Committee and plays an active role in managing the Resource Exploration and Development Fund as well as the Resource Alpha Separately Managed Account platform.

Mishka also holds a BSB in International Business from Umeå School of Business and Economics in Sweden. He is a registered Investment Adviser Representative and holds Series 7, 63, and 65 licenses.
