Caroline Donally joined Sprott Resource Streaming and Royalty as a Partner in 2020. She has more than 25 years of investment experience in the global mining industry. Prior to joining Sprott, Ms. Donally spent nine years at Denham Capital and held the position of Managing Director. She was responsible for sourcing mining investment opportunities and managing all aspects of a mining investment portfolio in excess of $1 billion across North and South America and Africa. Before Denham, she was a Project and Structured Finance banker with Rand Merchant Bank and Investec Limited (South Africa), where she was involved in multiple structured cross-border financings and investments in mining, predominantly across Africa between 2000 and 2010. Ms. Donally is a Chartered Accountant with a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) degree from the University of the Witwatersrand and a Bachelor of Accounting Science (Honours) from the University of South Africa.
