Brandon Hamada is a Managing Partner, Sprott Inc., Associate General Counsel, Sprott Asset Management USA, and Chief Compliance Officer of Sprott Global Resource Investments, Ltd. He oversees regulatory compliance for Sprott’s U.S. subsidiaries and advises the firm on a broad range of legal and regulatory matters. Mr. Hamada joined Sprott in August 2018 and has more than 15 years of legal and regulatory experience in finance and investment management. Previously, Mr. Hamada worked in the Compliance and Legal team at Gurtin Municipal Bond Management, a boutique registered investment advisor located in San Diego, California. Mr. Hamada graduated from Chicago-Kent College of Law, earning his J.D., and from the University of California, Davis, earning his B.A. in Political Science. He is licensed to practice law in California and Illinois and holds FINRA Series 4, 7, 14, 24 and 63 securities licenses.
