Basia Dworak is Managing Partner, Corporate Administration, Sprott Inc. She serves as a strategic partner to the CEO, playing a central role in executive operations, firmwide initiatives and communications strategy. Ms. Dworak works closely with the Sprott Family Office and collaborates across the organization to drive alignment and operational effectiveness. Since joining Sprott in April 2017, she has been instrumental in enhancing executive coordination and supporting the firm’s growth. Prior to Sprott, Ms. Dworak spent seven years at Chilton Investment Company, where she supported the President and Chief Operating Officer and led the administrative function. Earlier in her career, she was a Senior Associate in Corporate Communications at Saxo Bank in Copenhagen, Denmark. Ms. Dworak earned a BA in Modern American History from Brown University.
