Mr. Einav serves as Co-Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel, Sprott Inc. In this role, Mr. Einav assists the CEO in in the day-to-day operation of the company and is responsible for leading our global operations teams in the areas of legal, compliance, enterprise risk management, corporate sustainability and human resources. Mr. Einav serves as a director of i-80 Gold Corp. Before joining Sprott, Mr. Einav was an associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP and McCarthy Tétrault LLP. He holds a Bachelor of Laws degree and a Masters in Business Administration from Osgoode Hall Law School and the Schulich School of Business. Mr. Einav also holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Toronto, is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada and the New York State Bar and holds the ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors.
