Sprott U.S. Holdings, Inc. is a holding company made up of three separate and distinct companies: Sprott Global Resource Investments, Ltd., a FINRA Registered Broker/Dealer;  Sprott Asset Management USA dba Sprott Wealth Management,  Inc., an SEC Registered Investment Adviser offering managed accounts; and Resource Capital Investment Corporation, an SEC Registered Investment Adviser managing partnerships.  These three companies make up the U.S. Subsidiaries of Sprott Inc. and are active in securities brokerage, segregated account money management and investment partnership management involving both equity and debt instruments, across the entire spectrum of the natural resources industry.

We are specialists. Our in-depth knowledge, experience and relationships separate us from the generalists. Sprott’s specialized investment products include innovative physical bullion and commodity trusts, managed equities, mining ETFs, as well as private equity and debt strategies. We also partner with natural resource companies to help meet their capital needs through our brokerage and resource lending activities. Sprott is a global asset manager with offices in Toronto, New York and Connecticut. Our common shares are listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the symbol TSX: SII.

Sprott today serves over 250,000 global clients and has $25.4 billion in assets under management as of September 30, 2023.

We go against the grain when investing.  Precious metals and real assets offer low correlation to other assets and can serve as natural hedges.  In a time of increasing uncertainty about global markets and geopolitics, we're committed to providing investors with access to these assets and supporting the companies that produce them.

Although precious metals have been coveted for thousands of years, we believe there are significant new opportunities for investors and issuers in the sector. We continue to demonstrate this through our investment innovations such as our physical bullion trusts, factor-based ETFs, liquid alternatives, and private equity and debt strategies.
