Associate General Counsel & Director of Human Resources

Sarah-Jane Martin is Associate General Counsel and Director of Human Resources for the Sprott group of companies. Ms. Martin is also Corporate Secretary at Sprott Resource Holdings Inc. Prior to joining Sprott in 2011, Sarah-Jane was an associate at McCarthy Tétrault LLP, a leading Canadian law firm. She has worked on complex commercial disputes and integrated legal solutions for clients. She holds a Bachelor of Laws degree and Bachelor of Arts Degree (Honours) from Queen’s University. Ms. Martin is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada and was called to the Ontario bar in 2007.
