Sarah-Jane Martin serves as Managing Partner, Chief Talent Officer & Associate General Counsel of Sprott Inc. In this role, Sarah-Jane is responsible for key processes related to people management, including professional development, organizational culture and recruitment. Sarah-Jane also leads Sprott’s diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) program.
Prior to joining Sprott in 2011, Ms. Martin was an associate at McCarthy Tétrault LLP, a leading Canadian law firm. She holds a Bachelor of Laws degree and Bachelor of Arts Degree (Honours) from Queen’s University. Ms. Martin is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada and was called to the Ontario bar in 2007.
